The Xbox one controller charge kit is nice to have

This thing is junk, ive had it for 3 months and two of the buttons hardly work anymore, its uncomfortable to hold and just clunky... i just hope they give me a refund when i bring it back.. the playstation controller is light years ahead of this garbage

I got the TV for my 2 year old sons room. Perfect!

Does it’s job when it works. Sometimes it doesn’t and I don’t realize this. I have to restart, unplug, shimmy the battery and cable. Happy I’m done with Xbox and moving on.

It's a charger and it works like it's supposed to.

Got it home charged it fully before I used. After completely discharging tried charging again but indicator light never turned white. Basically had to return for refund because the battery would not charge. Went with rechargeable double A batteries instead

For whatever reason it would not charge my controller and if I removed the cord it would just die. After a year of owning this it finally worked and I didn’t have to have it connected.

does not charge when you connect it to the XBOX ONE like it said to in the instructions. It would power the controller but not charge it. Had to use a wall charger to charge it.

worked really good and was convenient in the beginning, but after about 2 months, my battery didn't last. I now need to keep it connected at all times or it dies right away.

It is practical but a bit overpriced, since it charges via a Micro-usb cable(which are the worst cables in my experience)

It's great when it works. Obviously charging better than changing batteries but I would say that it doesn't always charge. Maybe I just got a bad battery?

Didn't like worrying about dying batteries so I bought this. The only big negative is that Microsoft does not seem to sell the rechargeable battery without the unnecessary charging cable jacking up the price greedy.

Bought it in September. After 2 charges it failed. Battery no longer responds to charge cable. My other first party battery still works for now, but for what I paid, this was very disappointing. BB can't replace and Msoft was similarly unhelpful. Looks like I can just get a 3rd party set of 2 on Am*zon for less than I paid for one here, so I'll be going that route from now on.

Not sure whats going on but for some reason the last two xbox1 controllers I have bought, when I bought the play and charge at the same time, have not worked properly. Have to have them plugged in to use them.

Not really what I was looking for. You have to plug in separately. I’m used to these plugging directly into Xbox but they work

It might be on me, but the controller still wont charge. Not sure if you need a specific rechargeable controller too.

Helps you save money by not having to buy batteries and reduce waste by not having to throw them away. BUT...i don't like how flimsy the usb connector is on the controller end. It's a huge design flaw.

My son has had some issues getting this to charge properly, feels like we’re doing something wrong but it’s just a rechargeable battery, so not sure what’s going on.

I've owned this product for about a month now. I've noticed that it hasn't held the same charge as I initially bought it. So it went from holding a charge for a 7-8 days to holding it for 2 days max.

I bought so I didn’t have to keep buying batteries for my wireless controller....doesn’t work. I now have to keep my controller plugged in 24/7 otherwise the controller won’t even turn on
