These battery packs are hands-down the absolute best thing to buy for any console controller!! The new consoles (and even the last-gen) controllers eat through batteries like nothing else. For a core gamer, standard AA batteries will last about 1 week depending on how often it is actually used. With the rechargeable packs, you end up saving hundreds of dollars over the lifetime of the battery. Also, with the Plug-and-Play pack (like this one) you won't even have to break your stride to continue, just plug the controller into your console. Some of the other rechargeable packs have stands, which are kinda cool I guess, but when the battery dies, you have to place it on the stand and wait for it to finish. Sometimes, that takes a long time, and if you don't have a second controller, you're not going to be playing for a while. I'm an employee and core gamer, and I recommend this product to literally everyone that purchases a console or controller.

Worth every penny. In the long run hands down money is saved from having to buy batteries all the time.

Definitely worth the cost of it. After going thru 4 sets of AA's, I bought 4 of these for my controllers.

The controllers come with batteries, but this plug and play kit it much needed once the batteries expire.

You will never have to buy another battery for your Xbox One controller. The battery life is great and you can recharge the battery through a USB cable that comes with the battery. You connect the USB to the Xbox One Console which will allow you to update the controller if required via a system update.

I like how long the cord is and like how it fits right in the controller with no battery pack bulge.
