This battery lasts a few days to a week, so I must say this is an excellent product.

First things first, this shouldn't even be an option on today's controllers. Why the XBox One doesn't come with charging controllers I will never understand, but it is what it is and I knew that going in. Instead of shucking out a lot of money on AA batteries, I thought I'd get these packs and all would be well. My son has a PS4 and his controllers have them built in, we bought him a charging stand, and it's nice and sleek. However, I bought these and then I bought a charging stand and the two don't go together. I don't know if Microsoft offers a charging stand, but it wasn't in the store and I didn't feel like looking online. The charging stand was $30 (I think) and came with rechargeable battery packs so I have these little packs for travel and the rechargeable ones for home use. Definitely not my choice if given one. The packs swap out with the built in ones easily enough, they charge with a USB micro plug (universal so that's good), and they last quite a while. My only complaint is they cost significantly more than the charging station with rechargeable batteries that I bought a month later.

Easy to install. Love the fact you don't have to stop playing to recharge the battery.

I bought an Energizer controller charger for my controller that came with the Xbox 1 but later also bought a Scuf controller and those have paddles on the back. They didnt fit any docking station because of that and i started using rechargeable batteries, but those randomly ran out. This is the perfect solution for expensive aftermarket controllers, or even the regular controller. Couldnt be happier.

I get lots of hours out of one charge and best part is that I don’t have to keep replacing batteries. It comes with a cable with a light that indicates when the battery is fully charged.
