Once fully charged, this thing seems to last forever. I was initially going through AA's somewhat quickly, and didn't want to keep buying new ones. You can also play while recharging if needed. Worth the price.

Almost full charge out of the box and no issues charging it after couple uses with the controller. This is a must have for any xbox wireless controller.

Great battery pack last about 8 to 10 hours of use. Comes with charging cable so you can plug and play. Also has an LED light to tell you the charging status.

Ever since the Taken King expansion, Destiny has become what it should've been all along. The already quality shooter was given the epic story it needed to firmly entrench itself in this new FPS/MMO. I'm very excited to see what Bungie's going to do next but until then, I'm still enjoying Destiny!

Other than it simply saving you from having to buy batteries weekly if not daily (depending on playing time). It's the geek squad protection that makes it all the more worth it because as soon as it starts going bad or not up to par with your expectations, then you can trade it in for a new one.

Needed a quick and in expensive way. Quickly charges my controller and is way better than switching batterys

It is quick recharge for our Xbox and eliminates the cost and inconvenience of having extra batteries around. However, I suggest that this be included in every Xbox purchase even if the bundle price has to increase - slightly. Or include this item as part of an Xbox promotion a few times a year.

This is so much more practical than batteries or recharging them. I plug the controller the my Xbox one and can play and recharge same time. The charge lasts a really lomg time. I highly recommend it.

I’ve only ever used Microsoft battery packs, but I haven’t had a reason NOT to. I purchased the first with the console, second shortly after, and third with the Elite controller around four years later. I’m still using them all as of today! That should speak for itself on reliability and charge/use time! I recommend this product and no other! See below as to why... My nephew received a different brand that comes with two battery packs and a stand that allows charging, as well as standard USB charging. He has had them around a year and a half and has already had one fail to charge via the stand and the other fail via the USB. One of the controller’s headset port doesn’t function while using the off brand pack, as well. This particular off brand doesn’t allow the factory battery cover to be used so it will likely lead to internal controller component damage due to the battery pack not being secured.

Using the 2 controller docking station... was flashing red so I knew battery was done... finding a replacement seemed difficult. So I purchased this to get it done. Product is the battery and a charging cord that fits in the front of your controller. Battery was different than my original. It did not have the prongs to use on my docking station, so I retired that. I prefer this new way of charging, like a phone..

Do yourself a favor and get this battery pack, not only does it last longer than batteries but it also charges fast too.

Easy to use and much needed for long term play. This should come with the xbox one because this is a need item. For any gamer that love to play for hours this is something that everyone should have

Bought this to replace the AA batteries I would have to keep buying for my xbox series s controller. Designed for xbox one but works on the new controllers as well, just insert the pack like you would two AA batteries, and slide the controller cover over, fits perfectly and works as it should. No issues and battery lasts very long. The cable that comes with it will not work on the newest series X/S controllers, so you will need to buy a separate USB to USB-C in order to charge.
