On thing I really like about this play & charge kit is the length of the cable that comes with it making it easy to be wired to the console while you are charging the controller.

I purchased this pack to quit dealing with the low stamina of rechargeable AA batteries. For around the same price as you can get a set of rechargeable AA and a charger, you get the Li-Ion pack and a decently long USB cable. Rather than the batteries having to be switched mid-game, I just plug into the USB. It seems to last quite a bit longer than I was getting from my AA rechargables so I'm happy with it.

Very well made and holds the charge for long gaming sessions. Also works great with PC gaming.

Never have to replace batteries ever again. Just charge and play. Really small cord though

My wireless controller gets a lot of work between my son and myself. I was spending a lot on batteries, replacing them almost weekly and when I tried to use rechargeable AA batteries but they would drain quickly. The battery with the charger holds a charge much longer and you can still use the controller while charging. Two months into using this set up has paid for itself. Helped my pocketbook and the environment.

This rechargeable battery is perfect because this battery can last for hours! Honestly this helps while gaming because you don’t need to constantly have to change batteries! So this rechargeable battery really helps to keep you focused on your game, rather than wondering when your controller will die!

The play and charge kit is another component for Xbox one that provides convenient gameplay access without changing batteries constantly. Just plug, recharge and keep playing!

Remember that when it's charging the light should be orange.1st one I got didn't work. Had that problem where the cable light would be white meaning the controller was fully charged but when you take it off, it dies. Luckily I kept the receipt and Best Buy customer service was cool enough to let me swap for another one even though it had been a month since purchase. 2nd one works great, the charge pack lasted me about a week. Don't buy batteries and get this, but keep your receipt just in case.

I picked up the play and charge kit about a month ago and I do enjoy using it. I was using rechargeable batteries for a while but I was over having to place them in the charger and having to look for the other ones or using disposables. The play and charge is convenient and no need to remove anything from the controller just plug it and keep playing or go to sleep and the controller is charged when I wake up. The only con is the total charge is not quite as long as rechargeable batteries or disposables but we may be looking at a difference of an hour or two so it's not a big deal but I did notice the difference the first time I used it. Good product pick it up.

I had an off brand cheaper charge kit and the cable would not stay plugged in. This cable is amazing and does not lose connection with my controller at all. I highly recommend.

This is a great product and saves batteries. Charge lasts me days, but there is also a $10 one that doesn't come a with micro USB cable, but who doesn't have one of those.

Very simple to use - plug and play. Holds great charge. Cord length more than adequate.

If you're a serious gamer this is a must buy. Even for the casual gamer like myself though this seems like a no brainer. Way better than having to replace batteries all the time.

If you own an XBOX One, you must purchase this. It was a mistake on Microsoft's to create a controller that still needed batteries but this plug and play will fix that right up.

Like this item especially if you want to save on batteries! Plug and play feature lets you play and charge at the same time.

This is a unique one of a kind purchase. I loved it! It might my needs and exceeding my expectations. Its a great buy and will last me through the years! Highly recommended

This product is well worth it. I would fly through batteries on my controller before this. Now the charge and play eliminates the batteries and the charger works every time.
