Works fine. But beware, because these don't last forever. I find I need to buy a new one every now and then because they start losing capacity. The charging cable they come with is nice, though.

I prefer to use the rechargeable devices for the kids' gaming systems as the disposable batteries become very expensive to replace. This rechargeable thus far has had plenty of battery life for long play time on the Xbox One system. I also like that there is long enough charging cables that if we forget to plug in for charging the game controllers can still be used by plugging in and playing while they recharge.

NO issues since replacing my AA batteries with this. Now, I just leave my controller plugged in most days. Too early to tell much about battery longevity. But, it fits perfectly as you would expect, and has performed well so far. Also includes a well-built cable, with a built-in very small white LED indicator for power. Plenty of length to remain plugged in, if you wish.

Must have for any Xbox player the charge last long nd recharges quickly

The battery seemed to die quickly from a full charge the first few power cycles. Now it seems to hold a charge a little longer, but still not as good as I hoped. Still better than buying batteries- Casual gamer

Don't waste money on batteries every so often. If you have unlimited amounts of AA batteries then by all means don't buy, but if not then just make the investment.

Being that ever since xbox had wireless controllers I have used them and refused to buy batteries, I would always get the plug n plays. The battery packs last for hours and the cords are long enough to keep charging them while playing if you decide to keep playing even after your battery pack dies. A must have for wireless controllers unless you like spending money on batteries.

When charged the battery last for a good long time also comes with a cord that can be plugged directly into the Xbox and you can use your controller as if it was plugged in I bought only one and plan on buying another at sometime in the future no more batteries to buy Got it on sale wish I would’ve bought two right off from the start

Still holding up after 9 months of almost daily use. My son wanted a way to not have to keep buying batteries for his Xbox controllers. After him doing some research we settled on the Microsoft brand play and charge kit. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and longevity of the product.

Battery holds charge for quite a long time, and charges fairly quickly.

As expected with any first party product, this unit functions perfectly. I withheld that final star because of longevity of the product. I've had it only a month and it works great. If it continues to function as expected, I would whole heartedly give it 5 stars.

Bought this because we all know the struggle of the batteries running low just as you don't want them to. Great cord length for plug and play action as well.
