I like the fact I can play while charging. It is hidden by the original battery door unlike some other charge and play kits on the market.

Awesome ! I love it! I do not have to buy and store batteries, so this will save money in the long term. Never have to deal with the frustration of pausing the game to change batteries again; simply plug the cable in when the charge starts to run low, and it'll charge as you play.

These batteries last for days without charging and charge very fast too.

Great product, charging cable is extra long. Reaches almost anywhere in the lounge/room. Price could be better since the remotes alone already cost $60.00

again, not much to say. my son charged this up right away. he has no complaints on battery life, so it must last sufficiently for extended periods of game play.

I do have to keep my controller going and I don't like having to keep buying batteries solution to that problem Xbox play and charge kit!

When my boyfriend and I went to get an Xbox as my late Christmas present, he said I will need this charger since the remote goes through batteries like crazy. It was working great and then I think my charger was a defect because I would charge it and as soon as I'd unplug it the remote would die. I exchanged it for a new one and it's been working great ever since!

Honestly this should be part of the Xbox wireless controller purchases. Each controller should come with this battery pack / charging cord. Using AA batteries makes the Xbox system look cheap. This battery pack / charging cord works perfectly, on my third set for my third controller.

The play and charge kit from Microsoft is a must have. So far this has been the best rechargeable pack for a game controller. Game play lasts for hours. You can play using the included USB cable while your pack recharges. If you are playing with a good set of headphones you will cut your play time in half. I recommend leaving the USB cable connected with headphones connected.

My son needed a replacement battery for his xbox elite controller. We were curious if this would work with the elite controller and the back cover. The back cover doesnt fit but the battery works just great! He uses it for hours daily and his last one recharged for a couple years before it refused to charge anymore.

I wasn't going to bother getting this until the first time my AA batteries died. I love the fact that I can let the rechargeable dies and plug it in and continue playing. The cord was long enough to reach my couch. I expect that I will recoup the cost of this over time because I will be buying fewer batteries and being slightly kinder to the environment. Microsoft should have bundled this in the box.

I have really enjoyed having this. I went through a ton of batteries before I got this and it was quite expensive. I also felt the need to turn off my controller when I was using my xbox for watching movies to conserve battery but now I don't worry about it thanks to this product. It keeps your controller charged for many hours even with my Turtle Beach headphones plugged into the controller.
