Still looking forward to the day when a charge kit gets included with a console, but for now buying one will save you $ in the long run. Charge lasts a long time, and the cord has good length if you wanted to plug it directly into your console.

These are great. Long battery life on a single charge. You can also play while you charge, and the charging cable is really long, so it can accommodate sitting in the couch while you charge

This is a great buy thats saves you money in the long run instead of buying AAA batteries .The charge is surprisingly long that can get through a week and longer with light to moderate gaming. Plus it comes with a long charging cable which is nice.

I’m a bit old school in that I prefer wired controllers, if for nothing else than the fact that I never have to buy batteries for them. This kit is a great compromise, and the charge lasts far longer than I expected.

This item is great because you no longer have to buy double AA batteries. The battery life on this rechargeable is pretty long. I can go weeks without having to recharge it. It doesn't take too long to recharge.

I'm really happy with this kit. It's so much easier and also much more practical to use instead of switching out batteries. That was getting expensive. Plus the fact you can still play while it's charging it's great. The cord is plenty long. Love it.

This plug and play lets me charge on the fly, with a 10 foot cable, and a battery that lasts a long time in between charges. Even with a headset I get probably 25 hours of game time, longer without the headset!

After spending and dealing with rechargeable batteries that charge on a dock for over a year this switch was superb and to be honest just buy it when you buy a controller or if you don't have one yet. Well worth the money.

Batteries are outdated wastes of money that we've long since evolved past. The life on this rechargeable battery is pretty good, and the USB cable that comes with it should work fine for any setup, as you can also plug it in to a USB to AC adapter.

Hate changing batteries. I would recommend this to everyone who has a Xbox system.
