The battery definitely holds a charge so I don't have any problems with that. The charger wire is the perfect length. It stretches across the room so I can still play and charge my wireless controller. I wish the xbox1 controller was sold as re-chargeable instead of individual batteries but this will certainly do the job.

The play and charge kit is a must-have for the xbox one, it is the only rechargeable battery pack that I can find that integrates with the controller electronics. It fits under the existing cover plate and uses the build-in USB port to charge the battery. The kit comes with a 6' cable that is more than enough.

Not having to charge or change batteries is so nice! I usually play with the controller plugged in because the input lag is reduced. I was originally just going to buy a usb cable but this was almost the same price and now I have the option to be wireless. Works like a charm with my Elite Controller!

I have had no problems with this after about 2 months of use. It plugs in where the normal batteries go, and comes with like a 10ft charging cable that allows you to play and charge at the same time. Stays charged for about the same as you would expect from quality Energizer or Duracell batteries.

The first one I ordered did not work properly and would not hold a charge. After a quick stop at my local Best Buy to exchange it I was home with my 2nd attempt at using this product. The people at Best Buy couldn't have been nicer and the exchange was simple. After getting home and charging it the new one was able to hold a charge. It's great and allows for many uninhibited hours of gaming. The new Xbox One controllers are great in general, but specifically they are pretty energy efficient. A good charge which will take only a couple of hours can last for about 2-3 weeks of gaming. The mirco usb cord is long and has an orange and white LED light indicator. Couldn't be happier with this product.

This is so worth the money. It pays for itself in no time. Why keep spending money on batteries this item will save you a ton in the long run. you can also plug into a PC if your a PC gamer and you can use it to play games. Love this.

This is exactly as advertised. I would much rather pay the extra few bucks to get the official Xbox charger then one of the aftermarket ones. The battery lasts about 2 to 3 weeks and I play at least five times a week for a few hours a day. Can't ask for much better than that without needing a charge.

This plug in charger works great and charges fast so no need for cords. The lithium battery lasts for hours.

This product does the job. If you don't want to keep buying batteries for your controllers, this is the way to go. I also use a portable USB charger pack so I can plug it in to that and not be limited from the length of the chord.

Great product from Microsoft, really exactly what you would think you would get. Battery last a while when fully charged. The only thing that I would change is Xbox's OS to help some more about battery levels. I use this so much I bought a second one as backup. Never run through battery again!

My son could not get his Xbox 1 controller to work with rechargeable batteries or regular store bought. I thought I was going to have to buy him a new controller but decided to try this out first. His controller now works perfectly and lasts long playing hours. Glad I found this.

I have used several different charging systems over the years with different systems, I like that I am able to play while this one is charging rather than having to remove batteries or place on a charger. It also charges quickly so you do not have to play with it plugged in very long.

Bought this, came mostly charged. I have charged it to full once, and have played for several hours with it, and still holding a charge. The cable it comes with is long enough that if I needed to plug and play, it would not present an issue. Also can double as an Android phone charger in a pinch.

Was looking for another way to charge my controllers without using batteries and came across this. The plug connects to a usb wall outlet so you can use your iPhone charger block or plug it into the Xbox itself, which makes it pretty versatile. You can use the controller while it’s plugged in and it charges relatively fast. The charge also lasts a while too. Definitely recommend just make sure you look at several sites before you buy one bc the price can vary between a few dollars.

The rechargeable battery pack for the Xbox One controller is a must have. Being able to plug in or set on a charge dock after gaming is very nice. For me the battery lasts about several weeks of light gaming (few hours a day). In comparison using AA batteries I get maybe a week.

cord seems to go out after a while gotta buy one once a year better than.buying batteries though.

I'm not a huge gamer, but I do use my xbox every day. Personally I got a month out of it before needing to recharge.... Which is pretty good !! It takes about an hour to recharge and then you're all set again ! Further more it does it job very well while saving you money in the long run

I was going through packs and packs of batteries. Between me watching Netflix and my son playing games was killing me with the purchase of batteries. After buying these for us, I noticed a big difference in not buying batteries all the time. I recommend anyone to buy this.

If you don't feel like spending your right arm on batteries (although the xb one controller seems to last longer than the 360's) then just get this. You'll also be doing the environment a favor as you won't have a large pile of batteries sitting on your desk eye balling you.
