These were hard to get for awhile but works really good. The battery last about a week for me, which is about the same as the rechargable batteries I was using. Only reason for 4 stars is, the older version of this, the cable had a little light on it that would let you know when it was fully charged, this one does not.

No complaints here. I haven’t had it too long. But so far, the techarge battery works well.

I've been looking for the USB C version of the play and charge kit for quite a while and was happy to finally find it. I use my Xbox One & One S/X controllers on my PC and Xbox One's so this is nice to have. The third party one I purchased a while back just doesn't last that long compared to this one and the USB C cable is nice to have.

Ive used several othwr rechargeable battery solutions for xbox controllers but thos is by far the best. I've been using thia since xbox ome releasedany year's ago. I only go these because i needed some for my kid's, the othwr omes i hqve atill work great years later

These are much better than regular batteries. Long lasting and can still play when the controller is low. I used to go through batteries left and right. This is definitely a must needed item for your Xbox controller.

I bought this product to replace the need for me to keep buying AA batteries. It has made gaming better since I can always just plug in the controller to the xbox to simultaneously charge the battery and play

Buy this instead of constantly buying AA batteries. Comes with usb-c cable for charging

Works great. Took the old charger out and replaced it this one I Bought at Best Buy. The process was easy and there was no guess work. The machine recognized it right away and works like new. Nice to just go to Best Buy, find what you need, purchase it and take it home.

Awesome battery pack! I only have to charge them about every 10 hours, and that's with a headset on! They do charge pretty quick too. I have two of these, each in their own controller so I never need to plug in while playing.

Easy to replace and charge. Dont have to worry about finding AA batteries, just plug in the USB C on the controller and good to go.

This works as advertised, but I find it profoundly disappointing that I had to pay Microsoft another 25 dollars to purchase what should have come with the controller to begin with. Microsoft has a history of making key accessories cost extra (think type cover for surface book...),. However, a saving grace is that my Xboxone controller also work with the Xbox series X and any silicone grips fit BOTH controllers, and I'm willing to only take one star away from this review (4 rather than 5...)

This is the best option for using an xbox controller and having ease of use without having to take out batteries. It is not cheap specially after what a controller costs, but the charge lasts a really long time and it is an elegant solution.

A great battery it’s been a year and with good care everything is running smooth still

Works great in my Xbox Series X controllers. Holds a charge for at least 3x longer than 2 AA batteries. I just wish there was an indicator on the controller that would let me know when it is fully charged. But the Xbox screen sort of shows when it’s fully charged. Also a bit odd that the charging cable is USB-A to USB-C.
