This battery is genuine and genuine. It lasts a long time and is very easy to handle, I like it. I recommend buying this one as other batteries are often counterfeit.

Battery pack I think is the same but the cable is awesome thankfully Microsoft got with the micro USB c program and it's 9ft can't go wrong. It was intended to work with the new xbox controllers which are compatible with about one, Xbox ones s, Xbox one x.

Works great with new generation of series x/s controllers with its 9ft usb-c play and charge cable. Will also work with older generation of xbox controllers but will not charge as fast and will need a different cord (usb-a)

It's the same old Play and Charge kit, but with a USB C cable for the new Xbox controllers. This is a win! Don't go cheap if you're wanting a rechargeable battery pack as others will be built with NiCad batteries and these are LiON, which are just all around better.

I wasn't going to buy a Microsoft Series X and not get the rechargeable battery pack. Though $25 is a little steep, it's already proving its worth. The battery lasts a long time, it's easy to recharge, and I don't ever worry about needing to change batteries.

Charges instantly and stays charged for days my controller was on 50 percent in a couple of hours it was on a hundred percent and is still full two days ago.

Worth it! Very convenient and it holds a good charge. I'm very happy I bought this for the Series X. I appreciate the length of the cable just in case I forget to charge ahead of playing. Wish I had bought one of these a long time ago for my old console.

I bought this for my Xbox Series X controller that came with the system. The newer Xbox controllers need this pack, as the older style packs are micro USB, and a slightly different size.

Comes with a long enough charger to play games while connected and battery can last multiple gaming sessions without charging.

The battery life seems to be even better than the previous battery packs. Also love the length of the charging cable.

If you want to beat the hassle of changing batteries over and over this is the solution for you because it will be rechargeable it comes with the usb c connection which is an improvement and it over all just beats adding batteries over and over.
