Due to a hardware glitch those readings will always says critical battery. In reality. Its working fine and charging but that glitch was quite a headache.

It's long overdue. It's great that microsoft still does the AA battery approach, so when this battery inevitable wears out, I can easily replace it and not the whole controller.
