Love not having to go through a million batteries. The USBC cable is long enough that I can play from the couch while it’s charging, too. The only downside is they got rid of the charging light from the last version. I just charge overnight and figure that should be long enough.

It’s a battery, works just like one. You use it and then you charge it. If you’re still playing and the batteries are low, plug it into the cord provided.

I'm a big fan of the OEM batteries. For one, you can use the USB C connection, which is what all my electronics use now. The battery has excellent longevity, and has been much more useful than third party batteries I have used.

Very handy for the extreme gamer who uses their controllers all the time. Cuts down on battery cost

Fantastic battery pack for Xbox controllers. I really like how long a charge lasts and that you can play while it is plugged into the xbox or a power cube in an electrical outlet. This will definitely save me on batteries in the long run!

The only rechargeable battery you should buy for your Xbox Series X or S. I bought a logitech rechargeable battery that did not work well so I bought this instead. Works Great!

It is a must for those with an XBox controller. But this needs to be recharged often. It doesn't stay charged anywhere near as long as the battery in my old PS4 controller.

The cord is good length and charges fast. You don’t have to be super close to your TV to play while charging. Would buy again

Easy to set up, and a great alternative to buying and replacing batteries all the time. Just plug and charge, just like what you may be used to if you've owned the last three Playstations.

Works as advertised. Should come standard with the wireless controllers though and not have to be bought separately.

Can’t complain! Saves on battery purchases and recharges with USB-C, which is wonderfully becoming the new standard as things charge fairly quickly - more so than USB-A

Great value, official battery pack. The only bad part is I wish I purchased more than one because they have been sold out since. There are some third party ones but I prefer to stick to OEM stuff.

Needed for my new console so I can charge the newer gen controllers. Batteries work in the older model controllers as well as the new ones.
