Should’ve returned it when I could. It’s not Best Buy’s fault. It’s just a terrible product. I buy Xbox because I thought it would be better. Definitely not the case on this. You're better off with some regular batteries or that lower end aftermarket stuff. That’s not Xbox brand.

It comes with a very long and quality USB-C cable that fits nicely into the controller to charge. 10/10 would recommend for Xbox Series X gamers.

They are seamless and connect to the controllers under the battery case which is perfect don't look tacky with different color controllers.

A little pricier than other generic or Xbox "sponsored" items. But combine Best Buy membership rewards points and overall cost is less. Like that it comes with extra long USB C cable.
