Fine battery life. It is pain that you still have to buy batteries for Xbox controllers. They are the only console that requires you to do that.

Upgraded to USB-C to match the new controllers, which is nice, but not sure its worth loss in compatibility. For the price, a dual ended cable to work with older controllers would have been nice.

Works like a Charme how they always have. The usb c cable is of better quality in my opinion vs the micro USB cables that were with the older models.

love this have multiple remotes so when one battery dies i sap to the next one without having to buy batteries all the time long cord comes in useful too

Good if u dont wanna use up batteries. U can use the same cord from the previous play & charge kit but u need a type c cord to charge the series x controller

I bought this four months ago, and it worked very well, until one day it decided it was not going to charge anymore. My controller still works perfectly with other batteries, but this one just won't charge at all. There is supposed to be a manufacturer's warranty on this product, but actually talking to anyone at Microsoft support is impossible. Calling them results in a message to go to their website. Their website does nothing but redirect you to a troubleshooting article, but does not give you a way to contact Microsoft should none of those options help. I do not recommend this product.

Great battery. Would be a 5 out of 5, but While using this I have had issues where the battery even when at nearly full charge, just turns off my controller while in use.

Worked well until my cat chewed a pinhole sized hole into it. Now it won’t charge. Not sure if it’s the cable or the battery pack yet…

I wish that this was standard with Xbox Controllers because buying this separately really kills the value proposition of the controller in the first place when comparing it to the PS5 Controller.

Perfect solution for batteries. This pack is better because you can just plug any USB C cable to it to recharge while in the controller.

Very nice. A much better way to use the controller. Nice to no longer have to buy batteries, and the charging cable is decently long. Pretty convenient
