Battery was open box, so some of its lifespan was already used up from repeated recharge cycles. The battery pack itself didn't last very long.

Included this accessory to the XBox controller I purchased for my grandson's birthday. He loves it because it saves on batteries!

I’ve only had this product for a few weeks now. And it stopped fully charging already. I think Microsoft just doesn’t make products like they use to.

In my opinion this is the best choice for your controllers, not any other brand. Battery lasts very long with a single charge.

if you use it while connected by wire causes audio issues esp with chat. should make the cord like the elite controllers has then maybe better.

I like the old one better since it had charge status led indicator charge and fully charge built in usb but this time around does not just plain old usb c cable. Which why I not fan of this one but you need it for the new controller since it’s usbc not usb like the old one

Design is good; does make the controller bulky or heavy.

It's very convenient it just doesn't last as long as I had hoped it would I actually took it out and went back to just using regular batteries because they last much longer

These things don't last like they did during the 360 days. I feel like them supplying a cord with it is also a waste. It lasted me about a year and then just died. This is my 3rd one. I try not to keep it plugged in and charge only when needed. I wish Microsoft had a better explanation on preserving the battery longer. In the end, its really about shelling out the dough to buy a new one. This is where Xbox falls behind the times.

Why doesn't Xbox just making their controllers wireless? Sometimes the battery isn't in the right spot and the controller won't start or charge. I'm not sure why it's not working like it supposed to.

I bought this battery at best buy exactly 14 months ago. And it recently stopped working. It wouldn’t charge anymore. I don’t even use it that much so I was surprised. I would expect the battery lifespan to be a lot longer than roughly a year.

It does its job and it does it well. Battery life is great. ‘Nuff said.

The battery life is extensive as well as the cable this is a must have
