Great exactly what i needed highly recommended will buy again

So this product is really great and efficient especially since the xbox controllers run on double a batteries! Ive only run into one problem after almodt 3 years of use, and that is that the battery pack is no longer holding a charge. I also oept my controller plugged into the console for a while and hudt kept it charging. Overall this is a fantastic product and is bery nice to have!

Finally lets you recharge your controller using the original back cover and native USB-C port. Always hated the aftermarket docking stations and charging ports on the battery packs themselves. Take note: if you are using an older controller (basically anything without the "share" button) then this will not work!

This is a rechargeable battery for an Xbox controller. I appreciate that it is rechargeable, as it prevents me from using and disposing of AA batteries to power my gaming. I wish that it had been included with the controller initially.

I was looking at a couple different ways to charge my controller instead of replacing batteries every week. I’ve used this for a couple months now and on top of being made well, it’s definitely the most efficient, and least costly.

Had this charger for about 3 weeks as of this posting, and it’s a step in the right direction but I feel like 3rd party chargers, while they don’t last as long, at least they are more consistent. At least a few times a week I’ll notice my controller randomly go from being 100% charged to like 2% charged and receive the notification on my screen that my controller is running out of juice. I’ve also noticed that my controller will randomly disconnect and has a hard time turning back on. I’m not sure if this is a fault of the series X controller or the battery pack, but basically the controller just spontaneously shuts off and has trouble reconnecting to the system when I press the middle Xbox button, the Bluetooth button on the controller, and even if I plug it in, this is definitely an annoyance for any given game where you can’t afford to sit there finagling your controller for a few minutes. While I’m happy we can now buy an official battery pack, we still have a long way to go, I’m hopeful that the charger becomes more consistent in the future

Purchased this charger May 1 from bestbuy, and it lasted until Mid September until it stopped holding a charge. Microsoft did not offer support for this accessory, so I had to purchase a new one after less than 5 months.

Convenient to have, but it randomly turns off and interrupts my game play even if it is fully charged.

if the xbox series x controller works for xbox one why doesnt the charger work with xbox one i getting my money back so disappointed

Great while it worked, unfortunately it wouldnt hold a charge after a year

Battery pack does not fit properly in my stock Xbox series x controller so it does not power the controller even though the battery shows fully charged. Will only turn the controller on if I push on the side of the battery pack to make the connection tighter which is obviously useless. Purchased less than a month ago and is “unreturnable”… definitely will be avoiding buying from Best Buy in the future
