DEFECTIVE BATTERY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For a couple of weeks the battery worked for me but after it stopped charging it does not charge more than 15% of battery I used the xbox series controller for my PC. and when I had the xbox one this had never happened to me and I did the same thing when I had the xbox one and this never happened to me and now with the new xbox battery this happens very badly.

Unable to get support from MS for it because you have to have a console to get support for an accessory, even if you're just using it with a PC and don't own an XBOX console. What kind of useless "support" is this?!
