I usually buy these when I want more batteries. If Xbox just sold batteries I would gladly do that so I don’t have a million extra cords that I don’t need but I assume it’s because they can charge more this way.

The play and charge kit works with my controller. I would be sad if I didn't have it.

This rechargeable battery works great in the official controllers to be able to charge through the existing USB-C port already on the controller. Very happy with this upgrade to rechargeable controllers!

I say that this product is essential when you have an Xbox. Battery pack slaps into the controller and when it gets low, plug the cable into the back of the controller. I have multiple for my controllers and they last for years.

Good life and easy to charge the plus is definitely keeping the factory back but get a charging dock for convenience

Fits perfect, all controllers should come with this from the factory. But it does what it says.

Works great! I am not sure why you wouldn't have one. Microsoft has its ongoing deal with Duracell which is why they still use AA batteries, so until that deal ends I would suggest getting this. You can play and charge at the same time and not worry about being in the thick of the action and your controller dying. Is it the cheapest option, probably not but if you don't want to worry about it working or not get this.

These batteries are terrific if you don’t want to be changing batteries or battery packs all the time. Was using the Power A battery packs and I play maybe 8 hours a day if I’m lucky and I was changing them at least every day. These I change out every 3 to 4 days depending on how much gaming I get in so, it’s definitely worth the price !!

I love these...saves so much of AA batteries and if it it dies you can always plug and play.

Works very nicely, no complaints at all. Just take out batteries, insert new battery pack and play. Battery life is great too.

Worry free so far after over a year of use. I love not having to change out batteries. Pays for itself in that regard fairly quickly. I use a convenient charging dock so I don't have to worry too much about cables.

The Microsoft battery seems to be a better battery that others. I believe the Microsoft battery is a lithium battery vs other use nickel metal hydride batteries

Does what it says it does and charge lasts awhile. Doesnt take long to recharge

Long battery life and is easy to put in controller and use, USB C cable is also nice feature

I've been looking for the USB C version of the play and charge kit for quite a while and was happy to finally find it. I use my Xbox One & One S/X controllers on my PC and Xbox One's so this is nice to have. The third party one I purchased a while back just doesn't last that long compared to this one and the USB C cable is nice to have.

Bought on 3-3-23 love the long usb line play n charge......price was abit over priced. These controllers are abit expensive so safe than sorry. Its the 20th still on the same chage when i bought holding charge got tired of swapping out aa batteries. Didnt want to damage battey connector
