I like that you can remove the batter and have a choice of reachable batteries or Disposable plus if they stop working you can just replace them, I still have Xbox batteries from 2 years ago that still work; Sony needs to go this route. Microsoft should include one with the system, but I would buy it anyway and plus they last long.

I'm charging it now, so I don't have a ton of feedback. I have an older one from around 2012 that looks identical and is still working strong. 1400 mAh battery, Lithium ion I believe. Doesn't show you that's it's charging or the level. I guess you just have to trust it's charging. A light or blinking from the controller would be helpful.

Must buy if you plan on gaming for hours. Best oart is if tbe battery js running low you can plug and play

This battery is a must if you use the Xbox controller. Changing out batteries constantly gets old and this battery solves the problem. I haven’t had any issues with the battery and very glad I picked this up. I have not tested any other off brand but this one works perfect.

For the value of xbox controllers it should already rechargeable

This is a must add accessory when purchasing a new xbox console or controller, very convenient to recharge than using batteries all the time.

I love being able to just charge and play rather than have to have replacement batteries.

A little price for what it does, but I was tired of swapping rechargeable AA's. The cable is very long which is good if you play while charging but can be annoying if you 've got the USB cable set up in a specific spot to charge like I do. I ended up having to zip tie a big spool of cable since I only needed about 3.5 feet.

This is a no brainer for any Xbox controller. I’m still surprised that Microsoft doesn’t have built in rechargeable batteries for their controllers, but maybe that’s by design so you don’t have to replace the whole controller when you have battery issues.
