Great for saving batteries

Just a simple LED and they skimmed on it a little disappointing but it works great

There are multiple brands out there for battery packs but I prefer to use officially branded battery packs (just personal preference). The nice thing is that these do fit in the Xbox 1 controllers as well, you'll just have to use a micro USB cable for charging as the kit comes with a USB C cable. The USB C cable is only needed of you are using the kit with your Series X/S controllers. Holds a charge for a while if you're only playing a couple hours each day, Extended use you might have to charge it every day to 1.5 days.
