||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For some reason the battery stopped charging like it used to. Can’t play with the control unless it’s hooked to the charging cord

||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wrost Battery ever. It failed within 60 days and was able to exchange it through geek squad replacement warranty and the replacement had failed within 30 days. Ended up switching back to disposable AA Batterys

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately a dud. One of two wouldn’t hold a charge at all. Split review since I’ve purchased 2. Zero issues the previous two gens.

Defective
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My unit was defective, never holding a charge for more than 20 or 30 minutes. I never bothered to send it back for a replacement under warranty (my fault as I procrastinated) but I’m at least going to give this bad review!

Why The Change?
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure why Microsoft felt the need to change the charging cable. Same battery, different charge cable for the new controller. Why? Also, there is no way to tell when the battery is fully charged. The old charger cable had a little light that turned from yellow to white when the charging was completed. This new one does not.

Xbox Tax
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fact that i need this at all is a 1 star. No reason an xbox controller with a rechargeable battery should cost 100$ together.

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mean it works, but I'm still running out of batteries after 1 day of playing. Maybe I need to turn off my rumble.

Okay...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunate that it doesn't work with older Xbox One Controllers, but saves you from wasting money on batteries.

Posted .Hi Alexander,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this rechargeable battery pack. If you need one for your Xbox One controller, we recommend getting a Xbox One Play & Charge Kit instead. For more information, go here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/microsoft-play-charge-kit-for-xbox-one-black/9008298.p?skuId=9008298
It's also possible to use the rechargeable battery in this product with your Xbox One controller, however you will need to purchase a micro-USB cable separately.
Hope that helps,
Chuck

Not bluetooth issue this battery useless
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will never buy these again. Bought in march to go with my new controller. Been having disconnect issues for months thinking it was bluetooth issue but it's the battery. Now my controller won't even turn on even though the battery was charged overnight, however I put in the Power A battery and it connects right away. This is the second one of the microsoft batteries I have had issues with bought more then a year apart I had thought maybe just a bad battery. Not wasting another dime on one of these, issues from the start.

Died after 3 months
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked fine when it worked but the battery would not charge after 3 months. Replaced with Gamestop house brand that was much cheaper for 2 batteries and has already lasted 2 times as long
