Stopped holding charge after a month

I don't leave it on the charger for extended periods of time so it’s not like burned out. It just quit. Only works when you keep it plugged in. I replaced with a 3rd party brand instead.

Would last maybe 10 minutes after hours of charging. The Xbox dashboard would only show the battery low on charge. Probably just a bad battery but still wasn’t happy! I ended up purchasing Energizer rechargeable batteries and using those instead.

After about 30-45min, the battery dies - even after charging overnight and with minimal gaming. Of course, this issue began AFTER the timeframe to return it. I wish this item could be swapped out or refunded.
