My old one died after several years, so I bought a new one and the performance is as expected. These are very reliable.

I love not buying batteries for my brother’s controller. He’s a menace. Double A’s only lasted a few days but that is a problem no longer

Battery pack works as expected. Last quite a long time between charging but you can also charge while playing. USB A to USB C cord is long enough. No issues after a month and I have an older one that is still going strong after a good year of gaming. Highly recommended to save in disposable batteries.

Besides the product being out of stock for a while, this works great. Plugs right into my series X controller and allows me not to use batteries

Once I ordered it it was shipped actually earlier then it was suppose to be sent. The product is one of the best Microsoft has to offer plus comes with a charging cable as well and unlike other recharging items this cable with Microsoft’s product is long enough to where you can sit back on a chair or so on. Great buy.

Love that its USB-C. Long battery life and quick charge. Hopefully it will last.

A great add on for gaming sessions. This product solves the issue of inconvenient battery problems, and while priced seemingly high, is worth it considering the cord that comes with it, and the already lower price of the controllers compared to the competition.

Charges fairly quickly! Length of cable is really nice, glad this was considered, allows controller to be used while charging. Only complaint is the USB A portion that plugs into the console is very fragile and bends easily, as in regular use, no yanking or anything of that nature. For that reason I have to deduct a star. Overall would recommend, as rhe Xbox controller eats batteries for breakfast with moderate to heavy usage.

Picked up this rechargeable battery from Xbox controller.Believe it or not it lasts a long time up to fifteen to twenty hours on a single charge depending on how heavy you use your controller worth every dime

This is exactly what you need if you use a wireless xbox controller. The previous one i used lasted about 2 1/2 years. The charge cable that it comes with is super long so you can play while it's plugged in . I definitely recommend this battery over cheaper aftermarket options.

This is a great product. But I'm kinda surprised xbox is still running AA batteries as a propriety way of charging still. They make you pay extra for an actual rechargeable battery. Playstation has been using rechargeable batteries since PS3. Get with it Microsoft. Otherwise good item to buy.

The xbox controller eats through AA batteries too fast. This rechargeable battery pays for itself by saving on AA batte try costs. Also if the battery is low you can connect a usb A to usb c cable to the xbox to hard wire the controller but I am unsure whether it charges in this scenario but I would guess so. the usb a end of the cable plugs into the xbox and the usb c end of the cable connects to the controller.

Long lasting and just what I needed . Fits perfectly with controller . Came super quick and well protected

Honestly I'm disappointed that I didn't learn about this earlier. What a great product and it enhances my gaming sessions! A little pricey for one, but it's less expensive than constantly having to buy packs of AA's

I wanted to post a short review because I saw nothing on Microsoft's website nor BestBuy's website about PC users and the fact or not if this is a data transfer cable that can be used for firmware updating as well as use while it has no batteries. Both this kit can do and is why I highly recommend this product as these cables by themselves can run at about $20. This cable is durable, however it is not braided so I will suspect at least 3-5 years of high usage. The cord does seem more sturdy for today's standards so I am optimistic. Great buy at Best Buy!

Works as intended. Lasts a long time in between charges and is very reliable.the off brand ones may come with two but this lasts longer than both combined. Buy this for your controller not the aftermarket ones.

Works seamlessly with the new Xbox Series X controllers. Make sure you watch out of the ones for the old controllers as the usb-c is new.

Very good battery life, tons of gaming with minimal need to recharge. I bought two expecting to need to charge one controller while using the other but the charge lasts so long I haven't needed to do that. Huge upgrade over the AA batteries that the controller comes with.

Needed for heavy gaming users. Got tired of buying batteries so this will help save money.
