It's a good accessory for any xbox user. It beats replacing AA Batts all the time. It's rechargeable, and the length for the charging is not that long. Recommend to anyone who has an Xbox one to the new series x to have this in their controller.

I use a headset with my controller which drains batteries at a rapid pace. This battery pack seems to hold a charge longer and I won’t have to keep purchasing batteries

Love this product, wish it came standard but lasts a while. The microsoft version is a lithium ion battery which lasts longer than the other ones on the market. My first one didn’t re-charge, exchanged it and this one works just fine.

I wanted this to replace the use the AA batteries which makes the controller rechargeable without removing battery packs.

I needed a new one as my old one was no longer working. It works fine and they tend to last years.

Bye-bye batteries. We purchased this for our sons Xbox controller to avoid burning thru batteries. And, so far it seems to hold a charge for a good while during constant use.

The reason i bought a rechargeable battery pack was i dont want to spend money on buying batteries. Glad i made a choice to order this for my xbox series x controller.

Great charger, had the old one but wanted a fresh new battery along with usb c cable to go along with series x controller. Charges great. Only issue is wish it had the light on usb cord like the previous generation of play and charge kits.

A must purchase item. I couldn't imagine having an Xbox series x, and being tethered all the time. Holds a long charge unless you play you are hardcore gaming. (Than turn off the vibration on your controller to save battery life.)

Great product with no issues so far. Now I can use my new Xbox controller to without having to pop in new batteries constantly.

Bought this rechargeable battery for my Xbox Series X controller since I don’t want to buy AA batteries Comes with a USB-C cable (super long enough). Battery lasts at least a 1-2 weeks with none - medium amount of use (brand new)

easy to use, good material, I have had the charging kit for more than 1 month and I have had no problems, I connect it to my Xbox and my PC.

I did use other chargable batteries for the xbox that required micro usb and wasn’t integrated. this one charges directly through the controller and lasts far longer.

I have an old version battery kit. It’s been about 3 years and it still lasts for over 4 hours gameplay for a full charge. I trust this official kit more than any other brands.

Simple product, easy to install and charge. Comes with a USB-C cord. Can plug it straight into the controller to charge!

I bought this for my brother for Christmas. He says it works like a charm along with his new controller I bought him as well. Minor nitpick, but do these companies really have to change the cords/ batteries every generation of new consoles?

It has been challenging to get my hands on one of these, but it is so worth it. Not having to consistently change out batteries is a blessing and I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has one of the next gen Xbox consoles.

Has a long lasting run time and very reliable. Before when i used batteries it would vary how much time i would get from each use but with this i know it will last.
