Will never not have one of these when using an Xbox controller. Battery lasts really long, although not as long as traditional batteries.

Purchased for my nephew to use with his new Xbox series S. I’m glad he won’t be bugging my for batteries all the time and he’s glad he can keep playing even when his controller needs to charge!

Absolutely must have item when owning an Xbox. The battery lasts surprisingly long when fully charged, and the cable is long enough to stay plugged in while playing. Highly recommended.

If upgrading from an Xbox One, this isn't required. The battery in the old controllers fits fine in the new one. The only benefit to getting this is the cable that's compatible with the new controller. That being said, it still works fine.

Controller disconnected the last time I was charging while playing which may be the reason. Before that works seamlessly and without issue.

I will say I was little angry that my Xbox One Play and Charge kit wouldn’t work for my Xbox Series X because of the different USB cable. I’m pretty sure I didn’t hear about the cable changing although I could’ve overlooked it. Anyway, this Play and Charge kit works just like any other. The cable is long enough to plug in while you relax and play. There isn’t a light on the USB cable to show that the controller is charging or when it’s completely done charging though. I have to press the home button to see the battery icon in order to know when to stop charging the battery pack while I play. It’s way better than buying a 24 pack of batteries a week for the amount of gaming I do.

Best bang for your buck when it comes to Xbox controllers. This rechargeable battery pack is so much better than retailer batteries and will save lots of money from buying regular batteries.

Perfect and much needed for anyone who owns an Xbox. They make your controller usable at all times, as opposed to running around looking for new batteries in the middle of a game.

Good battery. Even though this rechargeable battery should have been part of the controller itself it at least works well. It uses a type c USB so you don't have to take the battery out to charge it since the Controller has a port for it.
