Honestly annoying as a lot of the other options are also mediocre at best. It would be nice if Microsoft actually took the time to better the controller somehow. I mean how hard could it be to make a controller worth hundreds of dollars function properly while lasting and being durable?

Whatever store this came from saying it was in "excellent" condition needs help. Maybe because it had the original box, which looked like crap, and all the accessory pieces is why it was classed as it was; but, when a controller does fully operate, that is not excellent.

In the last month i have notice the the right bumper is now completely unresponsive. This makes is almost impossible to play any FPS or RPG game. I am able to customize the controller to make a new button but I would rather the controller work the way it is supposed to.

Had to buy something completely separate to get those things.
