Best controller I’ve ever bought . Little bit of a learning curve if your coming from a regular Xbox controller but once’s you get it down it’s hard to go back . Really gives you and advantage

This controller gives you an edge and being able to customize mapping makes it that much better

Good not great, break easily. Had them replaced by totaltech warranty but they made a hassle and did not want to exchange for a new unit. Did get a new controller with the warranty at the end.

I recently bought this controller for the xbox as an open item, the ticket said it was in excellent condition and that means that it works and looks like new, I purchased it at a nearby Best Buy and took it home, when i opened the item it looked like a dog chewed on the controller plus several items were missing, I tought to myself that maybe i made a mistake and it was a way more than poor condition item, it was actually an item that shouldnt have been sold, on top of that the controllers serial number didn’t match the box that it came with, so someone swapped the boxes or the controller in the store and they put it on the sales floor like it was all good. Im not saying that all the open box items are messed up, im saying that a big company like Best Buy should have their employees retrained and pay close attention to what they are putting on the sales floor and don’t accept any trade-ins that are in horrible conditions.

Had to return 2 due to poor quality definitely not worth 200 dollars stick drift out of the box loose buttons

Replaced my elite 1 controller but am not completely satisfied. The a button is inconsistent but fortunately I use the paddles. Warranty is a joke so I just dealt with it.

This thing it’s not worth it unless you are rich and have enough money to buy one each two or three months that’s how long it usually lasts until it stops functioning properly,it’s the best controller when it works well but it just breaks too fast I hope the build quality gets better

Came on time which was great, controller overall is good I was just unlucky and got a defective one. Highly recommend that you get the warranty if you can’t get that, make sure to register the controller on Microsoft’s website so that if you have issues you can send it in for repairs.

Loved the controller initially but with in a few days of moderate use playing CoD; the right thumb stick would drift to the left during game play and the B button would randomly not respond to inputs
