Pretty much runs exactly like a brand new Xbox one

My son loves his new console. I can't get him off of it.

Saved a little on a refurbished item. Great quality, no problems, same warranty.

The Xbox one provides excellent applications and different ways to communicate and game with players online; In addition to, featuring more ways to add additional content to games and creating an excellent source for additional applications such as Netflix, YouTube, and other media applications.

This product is great and works just fine don't let that it's refurbished influence you negatively. The only con I've seen is the memory and that is if you plan on having many games you will be limited because all games are downloaded onto the console, but if you're a casual gamer this is great for the price.

I was waiting until my old Xbox360 died before I upgraded, but I shouldn't have! I highly recommend getting one as there are less crashes and it has the ability to play both DVDs and Blu rays! If you get the add on TV Tuner, you can have a virtual one stop for everythine media center!!

My 13 year old saved up his money to buy this- he was thrilled to get it for nearly $100 cheaper than a "new" one. I was leery since it was refurbished. Best Buy put my mind at ease that they would stand behind the product if it didn't work. So far so good. No problems, works great!

Whatever happened to simple plug and play? Can't do anything without going online for this or that. If you don't have a super fast internet connection, which not everybody has access to, it can take days to load just one game.

I purchased this Xbox One because I didn't want to pay to excessive cost for a brand new one. I've been using this Xbox One for a few months now and have not had any hiccups what-so-ever. The heat produced is normal and gameplay does not freeze in notable titles.

Bought this for my 11yr old on his birthday. He's been wanting it for a while and finally got it. He is very happy with it and enjoys all the features offered.

Everything was going great with my purchase, until 72 hours later. The A/C power adapter stopped working and I had to trade in the whole Xbox because God forbid you mess up their serial number inventory. Last thing I wanted to do was download/update everything again.

Everything works great with the refurbished model, but wish it was more clear that the warranty is so short...90 days I think it said somewhere when I got it home. Consider the Best Buy warranty add-on.

The games are ezpensive but worth it. We love it. Only downside is how long it takes to upload a game. Worth the wait though! We will be buying more

My son saved up his Birthday money to buy his own XBox One. We have had one in our basement for about 2 years and he decided that he wanted one for his room and he loves it. It allows him to play Blu-Ray movies and also access Netflix, etc...

I dont play to much games refurbished was fine for me. I use it to watch tv and use the many app xbox has to offer.

Love this console I mostly just play COD black ops 3 zombies... so I needed a second Xbox but didn't want to pay full price... I don't usually buy refurbished because I like to have the warranty but this console has been great...

I've been wanting to get the Xbox One for a while now, but never really thought I would use it enough to justify spending the money. Once I saw the refurbished models and talked to the salesperson, I realized at that price, I couldn't pass it up.

Not a bad product but doesn't come with Kinect so a better deal is spending the extra $99 you can get the new One S with 4K streaming capabilities. It is also much quieter than the first edition of the One and the controllers are better.

Always hard to pick one of the three main consoles available in the market place, but the Xbox One was a great choice. It connects with the MS ecosystem very well and if you are a windows user, life becomes easier and simple.
