The XBox worked just as advertised and had no quirks or negatives that the other units do not. The sound and size are the same as other first gen One's. If you want to save some money then this is a good buy.

Great console it's my first Xbox one. I also grabbed fears of war ultimate edition.

I love everything about this unti! Played blue rays, has every video app you can think off! Only complaint is that you have to do a hard reset almost every time if you want your head set to work correctly!

Buying the refurbished console provided an affordable option that left money for the Xbox Live membership, accessories and additional games. The console is as good as new and we are enjoying the purchase.

Not a huge savings over new. But with the warranty piece of mind it's totally worth it to save the money. No problems.

My grandson usually just wears out these games until they are just something in the game way that needs to be thrown out. This is still in working condition and he hasn't complained.

I was a playstation person until I got a Xbox 360 8 years ago and ever since I'm Xbox all the way the game play is better and the controller just feels better in your hands.

No troubles, easy to set up, great picture. The black console is very sleek and matches everything in the house. Good amount of space even though I would prefer more.

I'm so happy with my Xbox one I was really worried about it being a referb but it's perfect. The price is totally worth it if your a college student in need of gaming.

while the graphics are amazing the time it takes to load a game and the lack of two player local games has been disappointing.

Quality is just the same as if it came straight from the factory! So far no complaints. Purchased in June.

I am not a gamer, but I bought it to watch my workout videos and Netflix. I will get getting a Kinect soon so I can play games and be active.

I already knew what i was gettimg amd what i wanted. Awesome! Wish games didnt have to install them still need the disc to play them though.

Well it's an Xbox one and it's refurbished. It works great and I'd recommend a refurbished device to others as you can save a few dollars.

Truthfully The backwards. Compatible Games freeze. Xbox one carries everything I love about a game console.

I definitely enjoy the versatility of the game,it allows you not only to play but also enjoy movies, apps, and more. Great experience!
