Currently, it will load Netflix, play for about three minutes, and shut off. This is completely unacceptable.

You can't return to Best Buy because they don't hold refund in store so we had to wait on another one to be shipped. More testing needs to be done on these to avoid these mishaps. I would still recommend because it's a money saver but purchasing warranty is a must!
