This is an amazing buy for anyone wanting to get an Xbox. Refurb is better than used because the system goes back to Microsoft and they verify that everything is working and clean. I got new wires and headset in here. Also this is $130 cheaper than the new version, add the 2TB Hard Drive and you're still getting more and paying $30 less than buying the new version with Kinect. Kinect is awesome and underrated, voice controls are awesome for when your watching movies. If you're wanting to buy an Xbox, buy this, there is no reason not to. Same system and a way cheaper price.

This was the second refurbished unit I tried. Best buy was very helpful in the initial replacement, and then credit towards new unit when other two failed.

Easy set up with good on screen prompts. I'm 69 years old and new to the gaming console, but was easy to figure out.

My boyfriend and I got this the same day we got our new laptop and couldn't beat the deal. Its a given that he would enjoy it but I was equally satisfied that is came with the Kinect to play games for exercise and of course Netflix! We also got the two year warranty so I hope he gets a lot from it.

I purchased one of these two days ago - refurbished Xbox One + Kinect for a great price. After about 3 hours of play, the disc drive began making a horrifying scraping sound, which subsided. However, the next morning, the Xbox would no longer ready discs (an issue that my hour of online research found to be common). I returned it with no difficulty, assured that this was a problem that affected few consoles and that all refurbished consoles underwent an extensive Microsoft Test. However, this 2nd console had a similar issue: my game disc was stuck inside the Xbox and had to be manually removed, resulting in the Xbox not even attempting to accept any discs. Perhaps if you can be assured that the Xbox isn't an Xbox: Day One refurb, this deal may be worth it. But as far as my story goes, I spent more hours dealing with these XBox's than I did playing them this weekend. I will be returning this 2nd console tomorrow and will not asking for a trade - sorry, Microsoft

I am so glad my husband pursuade me to buy this gadget! I am not learning to dance and I sweat and burn calories a lot! My toddler loves this xbox too! We play fruit ninja here. and he loves the voice command option. He says xbox turn off!

Purchased this console for my husband and he loved it. Loved that it had 3 games included ready to use.

Great Xbox for the time it came out. The next gens are a step up but no Kinect like this one.

Don't buy this package. I did only to get an email from Best Buy 3 days later that they are selling a NEW 500GB XBox One with three kids games and the Kinect for $349.99 online. Now I have to go back to the store and return my purchase and buy online! This is the second time Best Buy has had better offers online than they have had in store. Don't buy in store! Don't pay $30 more for re-manufactured product with three less games!

I purchased this product for my son for christmas. He was so happy that he got it and then he goes to connect it and it doesn't work. However, I called Best Buy and they are very happy to assist with helping us exchange this product.

For our son's 8th birthday my wife and I decided to grab the Xbox One + Kinect refurbished unit at Best Buy. Bought in late Sept. for a late Oct. birthday. Son opened birthday morning and could not have been more happy. I hooked everything up and started the setup process. Everything went great for about 15 minutes then on the "applying update" screen it froze...for two hours. Finally turned off unit and turned back on. Now it was froze on the green welcome screen. Went through fruitless process with Xbox customer service to reset unit to factory settings and finally just drove the 45 miles back to local store to return. Best Buy customer service was awesome and exchanged for another refurb unit they had on site. Came home, started setup process and...got error message on second screen! Obviously, whoever is doing the refurbishing is not actually doing much at all. Son could not have been more disappointed and I could not be more frustrated. Now I get to drive the 90 miles round trip to return this second unit and am praying for either a full refund or an exchange for a new (non-refurbished) unit.

Got stuck on the green screen on the 3rd day. Was very slow updating and loading stuff, and finally gave met this complete death. Not sure whether it is because its Microsoft product which I am not really a big fun of or bc its a refurbished one.

Just a few weeks after the 90 day warranty expired, my kinect sensor went bad. Had to pay nearly $100 to get a new one. Could have purchased a new Xbox One for what I've spent on a refurbished unit plus kinect replacement. Now my Xbox console is freezing mid game after 30+ mins of game play unless I stop and let the unit cool off.

Console shut itself off during a game and would never turn back on. Very disappointed that Microsoft would re-sell a broken game system. Had less than one month.
