Too much going on with this mouse. And not real comfortable.

The mouse works fine, but I had wanted an ergonomic mouse, which this is definitely not - it's too small but I'm getting used to it

would not recommend this mouse it works only part of the time have to keep turning it off and on

I purchased this new Microsoft mouse to replace a 5 year old Logitech mouse, connected to a 2016 DELL XPS 13 with Win 10. Problems with the 'sculpt comfort' mouse: 1. Bluetooth connection The mouse intermittently looses connection and the cursor is stuck, often it begins working again after 20 to 30 seconds. Sometimes I had to repair it (even though the PC showed an existing paired connection). This happens about 6 - 10 times a day, it is frustrating and I reconnected my old logitech mouse so I can get my work done. 2. Ergonomics I hold the mouse with my index and ring finger touching the left and right 'click zones' and middle finger on the scroll wheel. I would think everyone will hold the mouse in a similar way, guiding it with the thumb on the left side. But in that position my thumb is actually about 3/4 on an inch behind the blue touch button on the left side, and you cannot use it unless you let go of the mouse and reposition the hand taking the fingertips off the click zones. That makes the main feature of this mouse (the blue touch sensitive zone) pretty useless for me. I will probably shop for a replacement mouse that works better, and this one is a total loss of 30$ in my books..

Great tool if you have a tiny mouse pad on your tablet. I have had to reconnect the Bluetooth a couple of times which can be a bit annoying.

Lets just say that as far as a mouse goes that it works. It just was not that comfortable in my hand as a mouse should be.

This was recommended for a Google computer but has built-in features that can only be used with windows. So I was misled when purchased.

I settled on this Bluetooth mouse having failed to find another more to my liking. It works fine as a basic mouse.

Maybe I just got a bad one because I read a bunch of good reviews. It connected and worked fine at first. Then it started to randomly lag heavily. When I tried to fix it by removing the mouse from Bluetooth, I could not get it to reconnect. Ended up returning. Looks and feels nice but that was about it for me.

Seems to have a problem staying connected. Constantly drops out.

Returned to due to incompatibility. Mouse was nice, otherwise.

I've been using Microsoft mice and keyboard products for years and love them. However, this is by far the cheapest feeling Microsoft product I've ever purchased. Here's why: - Because the top of the mouse comes off like a lid to insert the batteries, the entire top piece/lid moves around significantly when using it. It's very noticeable. - The windows thumb button does not align with your thumb, defeating the whole purpose. I'm an average-sized guy. - Left and right click buttons just feel cheap. Not fun to use. I think for Microsoft mice you want to purchase something in their $50+ range, or you'll be sacrificing quality.

This Mouse is good but consumes lot of batteries, Bluetooth Connection works Good as well.

Got it for my surface pro 4. bluetooth connection sometimes got cut off. the clicking noise is bit loud.

Works ok, but when you used its a heavy mouse, you get used to with time.

I had connectivity issues with this mouse since I bought it which I thought not a big issue. It just kept disconnecting by itself and I had to connect it again until one day it didn't connect at all. I tried to reset the mouse, read forums to solve the issue but never worked. I spoke with someone from microsoft since this mouse has three years of warranty and was told I was going to get store credit from microsoft since they don't make this mouse no more, I've never heard from them and store credit never happened. Try to avoid this mouse if you use mac.

the mouse is a little big but is stylish. the battery section plastic is not that solid.

I am returning this item. I could not get it to connect. Another pretty computer savy staffer couldn't do it either I was not going to pay our tech support guy to connect a mouse.
