I'm sure that my review is based on a defective product. The mouse would never stay connected to my laptop and I was always having to tap it or shake it to get it to turn back on. When I took it back, the store I went to didn't have another one to replace it with. I made the mistake of switching it out for a different one that was incompatible with my laptop. I gave the new one to my daughter. I'm sure that this mouse is a good product but I was the unfortunate one who got the defective mouse.

The mouse disconnects quite often, it's unusable for tens of seconds in a row. Incredible how bad it can be, given the good reviews.

Don't like the middle dial . it clicks move more on the screen than i want.. when I'm reading on line..

Looks and feels cheap, mouse clicks are really loud and annoying. I bought this to replace a 12 year old Logitech mouse, wanted to try something new. What a huge mistake! Had no problem returning the product, and subsequently purchased a Logitech MX Master. What a difference!

Went for a blue tooth mouse to replace my old Logitech, bad mistake. Very poor connectivity no matter where the bluetooth dongle is located.

At times it will die out, you will have to turn it off, then on again to ''wake " it up.

Pricey mouse that when is connected works great. Challenge is that I keep having to turn it off and on to reconnect every few minutes. Tried troubleshooting but their really wasn't much else to play around with and figure out the issue. Brand new laptop, brand new mouse. Mouse randomly disconnects (blue tooth). If I had the time and the receipt still, I would take this thing back.

This mouse kept losing its bluetooth connection. Finally had to get a new one.

The mouse behaves erratically due to the new Windows touch tab, in particular for left-handed users. An accidental swipe by that button leads to the instant disappearance of a web page. Imagine you are trying to make a payment to IRS and all of a sudden the web page is gone!

Decent mouse but looses connectivity. It also can be a little bulky. I does have a nice feel.

I'll keep this short and simple. When it works, it's great, but it has a big problem staying connected, especially when waking from sleep. More than once, I had to uninstall it from device manager, reboot and reinstall it. Finally returned it and bought a Logitech MX2 Anywhere that connects either by Bluetooth (same problem) or by a USB dongle (absolutely no problem with this).

The mouse didnt feel right in my hand. It was too slow when I used it on my wrist mouse pad. Had to return it.

I bought this mouse to replace a wireless one on my lap top that I have had for a few years. This one will not install on it. It does not come with a receiver and probably needs a newer laptop with blue tooth to run it. Something should have been said about this on the label. Since then I bought a Logitec 310 mouse with receiver and it works great.

Failed to link with Bluetooth so I have a paper weight

this was a used mouse I bought. It worked for two months and then stopped working. Changed batteries and the green power light would turn on for 15 seconds and then turn off. Also, Kind of heavy mouse when moving around.

Never could get it to work routinely with my new all in one. After connecting it and using for a few minutes the connection would be lost and could not be restored. Best Buy Geek Squad could not resolve the problem.

I bought this to use with laptops but unfortunately it only work with Bluetooth devices. so got to return

horizontal scroll does not work in Excel. This is the main function and why I purchased a Microsoft mouse, thinking it would work in a Microsoft application...how silly of me to think Microsoft would be compatible with Microsoft.

Horrible wireless mouse. It is always sticking..i changed the batteri3s myltiple times, reset the mouse, turned it off for 10-20 seconds and it still sticks. DO NOT BUY

This stopped working in a week. Changed the batteries but that didn’t help
