Looses connection often

The Bluetooth looses connection randomly and the pointer will just sit for 5-10 seconds. Not the bluetooth on the computer because other Bluetooth mouse I had used does not do this.

Beware - Waste of Money

This is worthless and you'll end up not using it. It disconnects frequently each time I use it. I tried it with different devices and same issue. It began doing this within a week of buying it. I went to the store to return it and they did not agree as I passed the time limit. Best Buy could care less that their product malfunctions. Very poor customer service. Save your money or go to a store that cares about their customers.

Worst Mouse Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this mouse about 1 month ago and it seemed great at the moment, but after a week the Bluetooth started to fail and i had to connect the mouse manually, and sometimes it did not connect, and occasionally disconnected itself while I was working. Now the mouse ceases to connect to any computer. Another problem was that one it fell off my table and a big part of the mouse fell off, and this part was were the lid of the mouse would hold on to the actual mouse. Really is to expensive for what you get, and the poor quality and poor materials, i believe my review is more helpful than the others because i have more time with the mouse than most other reviewers.

Constant disconnecting and now button dead
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow, this mouse seemed to work like a champ at first, then windows 10 updates hit. I had constant disconnects and now after 16 months, the left clicker's broke. Oh well, on to the next.

HAS MAJOR ISSUES WITH HP ENVY LAPTOP

After using it a few months, it started having issues with corrupting the bluetooth drivers. I have had to have the drivers reinstalled several times along with having the part that has the bluetooth replaced. After several times working with HP support, I did find that this particular mouse has known issues with my HP Envy Laptop. Had I known about this at the time of purchase or told by the salesperson, I would have NEVER bought it. Piece of junk as far as this laptop is concerned.

DO NOT BUY!

Today it finally just just stopped connecting at all. Removed the device and attempted to add it back to my PC. Nothing. I would return it if I could, but it's already past the 10-day return policy that Best Buy has, which is an issue in itself. If I could give BestBuy a 1 start as well, I would. Not happy. Throwing this product away.

poor click responses

I have windows 10 and now windows 11 clean install and the issue still is present with performance. dont waste your time on this mouse.

Bluetooth slows down wi-fi
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a good mouse , well designed but I returned it because my priority is Wi-Fi connection but Bluetooth, at least with this mouse, slows down my Wi-Fi. My connection is usually 300 mbps but when this mouse is connected it slows down to 81 mpbs. If I switch off the mouse it goes back to 300 mbps. Sorry, is a good design but poor connection. Not for me.
