When I first got this controller it was unable to update. Now every other day it has trouble connecting to my console. Stay away from this controller.

My son is a tense gamer. I gave him this for Christmas and by February it was broken. Great limited edition color and design; poor workmanship.

Great color. The combination of blue and grey really gives this controller a futurist look. But you have to buy a charging stand because this baby has to be on display when not in use haha. I like it better than the green master chief controller. However the master chief one is better because, come on its the iconic halo green. And till this point the master chief has been the main protagonist in the whole story. Don't think just buy. Best Buy. haha

Maybe I grip my controllers a little tight. Non the less, this lasted less than a year before the "RB" button went out.

So last month I had pre-ordered this controller because I thought it was going to be such an awesome controller to have. I was wrong and I wasted my money. The graphics on it are cool but NOTHING like the picture. The blue on the controller barely stands out and I should have just gotten a standard black controller and saved my money. Totally disappointed with this purchase.

The controller costs more and the finish looks weird once you've held it for more than a few minutes

As with every other Xbox One witness controller I have purchased, the buttons, triggers and direction pads begin to stick. Seems Microsoft is trying to save money by using brittle plastic. Very disappointing,. particularly when considering I only went through 2 Xbox 360 wireless controllers in 10 years.

It doesn't have a headphone connection port. Just a good backup controller

I've exchanged countless controllers because the analog stick keeps falling out of place. Thus causing my players to run in opposite directions of where I want to go. BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN. My Best Buy at Glen Allen has helped me tremendously.

I received this controller in the mail today and it is stunning. Like the Master Chief controller, it looks awesome, best looking controllers that have been released to date in my opinion. Like the other controller it is missing the awesome grips that are on the Lunar white controller and the Forza one, but it does support a better feeling D-pad, improved bumpers and have the addition of the the 3.5 jack to hook up just about any headset to it. The controllers come with a download extra for Halo 5 as well. If you are a Halo fan and looking for a new controller these are pretty awesome, and even if you are not one they are still well made and look awesome!

Controller had to be returned twice due to it quit working, the second time we returned it for a different pair would not recommend buying this product.

over priced, like every replacement control. Are we to really believe that 1/5 the cost of the Xbox is in the control? It certainly isn't in the durability. These things last about 2 years, tops.

I purchased this controller with expectations that it would work. It worked! I'm actually very surprised how well it works. It works so well; I was able to play not only 1, 2, or 3 games, But I haven't found a game that this controller doesn't work with! BUT THERE'S MORE!! The D-Pad is shiny! And blue! One of the best colors! The buttons are not colored but,.... there's colored arrows! Just in case you need to look down to find the button you're looking for. Arrows will guide you, gracefully if i may add, to your correct finger position. This controller is a trooper. This controller is a tough it out kinda controller, in terms of working. It's also beautiful and looks have to count for, like, a lot. Right? RIGHT?!?

I got a bad one probably and the left bumper stopped clicking. Beyond that, the grips were not smooth because of the special colored Halo-themed pieces. Just felt weird.

Picked it up discounted along with a console bundle. My son loves it, looks much cooler than the ordinary stock black controllers. Including rechargeable batteries would be an improvement.

Son got this controller as a Christmas gift. Two days later the LB button broke. Was able to return it with some hassle. He just bought a better one.

Received this as a gift from my GF and I am an avid collector of custom controllers... this one is definitely great, the color is really sweet... wish they made a blue camo xbox one :)
