I bought this controller to replace my old worn out microsoft controller. I wanted it to be consistent with the old one so i could use it with my KontrolPhreak jostick extenders. It was exactly what i needed. not like some other brands that change the shape and size of the joysticks so you can't use the joystick extenders. If you like consistency and want to know what you are getting, this is the product you want

This is worth the 50 bucks. I know its a controller and you can find a cheaply made piece of plastic for 20 bucks, but don't do it. If your kid loves to destroy things, then that $20 piece pf plastic is perfect. But for someone who wants what they paid for, this is a MUST buy.

Controller worked without any problems. Checked batteries then turned it on. Connected to XBOX 360 no problem

I kept hearing about how good Xbox 360 controllers were good for computers. They are great. Set up was easy just plug it in and let Windows install the necessary drivers. Works for all the games I have. I think the controllers though could be a little less in price.

It performs as well as the original Xbox 360 remote.

Product has a great range. No mess with cords. Easy to handle for younger children or women with small hands. Turns itself off rather quickly when not being utilized which in turn seems to allow it to have a pretty good battery life.

This controller is designed really well, much better than the old Xbox controllers. It's very durable as well. Between me and my friends we've thrown, dropped, sat on, and hit ours several times and they still work like they're new. The connection works well at all times and it has excellant distance as well. My wii controllers get patchy connection at about 20 feet but this controller maintains a near-perfect connection. What really gets me about this controller is the price. I mean, come on Microsoft you already over charge for accessories as it is with the wireless adaptor and chargers and stuff. A PS3 controller costs $55.00 and you get a quality controller with a built-in rechargable battery pack and a free cable to charge it with. With this controller you would have to buy the controller and play and charge kit seperately which runs about $75 after tax. Also the standalone battery charger is another $20 as well. And if you don't buy these extra chargers then you have to pay constantly for extra AA batteries. I can't really recommend this at the time being because we're in a recession and this is the electronic equivilant of gas gouging. But if you really need a extra controller and you want the most durable and reliable Xbox 360 controller out there (and you can spare the extra money), then this is the way to go.

I bought this controller mainly for my 6 year old son so he wouldn't use my more expensive one. Good quality controller if you are looking for something basic.

Nothing beats a black Xbox 360 controller, simply no issues at all. I highly recommend getting a rechargeable battery also - it will save you money. Gotta love the controller!

The wireless controller for Xbox 360 is an excellent buy, certaintly worth the extra ten bucks from the wired controller. I have had no trouble with the controller and the ability to turn the console on and off are quite handy.

Perfection in a controller with a new paint job. My own one was start to get rough and loose sticks so I picked this up when I saw it in the store.Use it on my 360 and PC, IMO the perfect controller.

Purchased as additional to one that came with the Xbox 360 bundled with Kinect. Works perfect.

As stated. Was a bit clunky out of the box, but once the software was installed, it was A+. Does its job.
