We bought a 2nd controller when we bought the Xbox. We have several multi-player games and having the 2nd controller has been great.

The controller is the same as what came with the x box.

As with all controllers, they just simply wear out from continued use. Being in the market for a new controller, I ran across a tech news feed that Best Buy will price match major online retailers. I purchased the controller online with Best Buy, and found the same product for $3.00 less. I called the 1-888 Best Buy number to get a refund for the price difference, and I can tell you the $3.00 refund is not worth the effort. I was on the phone two (2) times before i was suddenly disconnected, and the third time, as I write this review, I was on the line for 25 minutes, and the line was suddenly dropped again. This review is not for the product, but for the less than stellar customer service using what seems to be a substandard phone service provider. Additionally, I gave them my phone number to call me back in case we were disconnected, but I received no callbacks. Best Buy Customer Service Rating = < 1 Star Product Rating = 5 Stars

It's an xbox wireless controller, if you need one you need one

The game is great for the price ..and the game play is not bad

I missed my chance to buy a couple new controllers when they were on sale for $35...then they shot back up to $50. Not worth it but you have to have controllers! They are not very durable...they hardly ever work after I throw them at the wall!!! lol

This is a very good remote. But, the reason is that it costs too much. The price is insane. There is a recession going on. Do you expect people to buy this when you can buy food out of 50 bucks. Please give a reasonable price.

Had to return it to swap for another one. Kept turning off mid-game at random times even with fresh batteries. Replacement seems to be working well - so far.

runs threw good batteries real fast. wish they would have made them rechargeable from box along with the xbox one controller

Bought this along with an Xbox 360 Elite Slim, took it home and was puzzled as to why it included a dongle that had to be connected to the console. Plugged it in anyway and watched the machine completely lock up. Restarted, tried again, same result. I had assumed that the software that had come along with the remote was to install the device on a Windows PC as it was supposedly compatible with both the PC and Xbox. So I put the disc in only to find that the Xbox console couldn't read it. Did a little research afterward and discovered this controller is actually and Xbox 360 for use with Windows PCs only. Left Stick broke 2 months after buying - lights stopped working- right stick has stick drift

I installed the Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller as per the instruction, try to play with a game , did not work, Microsoft has no information on how to make work, very disappointed for the price I paid.
