A wireless controller is a great creation, makes playing more at ease and multiple controllers for the x-box is a must.

Bought this for my Grandson on his birthday and he really likes it. It's his lucky controller. It's only been a month so I can't say how long it will last but for the price it better be forever.

Although they may cost a little bit more, they are more enjoyable to use and last longer. I like this one without batteries, so my kids never run out of batteries, it plugs right into the Xbox

My son's old remote had broke after a couple years and I was replacing it with the same remote. He hasn't had any issues with the remote, just wear and tear seems to have broken his old one.

I love the wired xbox 360 controller and have used them on both my xbox 360 and PC for years. PC use is a straight forward plug n play, but most PC games do need do require some in game set up.

Without these controllers, I'd be playing my games on the floor. They do eat through batteries quickly though, so look into the rechargeable battery packs to get the full bang for your buck.

I may cave and get the rechargable battery at least for the one my husband uses,,, He plays a little more often that I do and he's going through batteries a lot. The great thing about these controllers are they are wireless, let you turn the XBoX on and off, and I love that they don't get tangled in things or scare my dog like the old ones did (he was deathly afraid of those cords). Overall, definitely worth it, but might look into the recharagable battery to go with it.

I also like to combine accessory purchases and games to be eligible for free financing and pay over time, especially during the gift giving season! These make great gifts! I only wish there were discounts or sales on games and accessories.
