Got the insurance. Sometimes the wires get major wear and tear depending on how bad you control your anger when I head shot you on Halo. Don't throw your controller - and if you have unsatisfactory anger management, then you should definitely purchase the 2year insurance.

I would highly recommend purchasing Genuine Microsoft controllers, just like this one. 3rd party controllers do not come close in quality, performance, or durability.

Got tired of replacing batteries in my wireless controller, so I went old-school wired. The cable is more than long enough to reach the couch, and it's nice to have a controller that doesn't die in the middle of a game. I know wireless is "cool," but I'd rather play uninterrupted.

I love playing games on my TV through my Steam Link box but the STEAM Controller's configuration is no good for my 9 yo son because the buttons are on the inside....Great News the Microsoft - Xbox 360 Wireless Controller WORKS with STEAM LINK Boxes and the buttons are on the outside where his little thumbs can reach them. The Xbox 360 controller is very Kid friendly!

Relatively inexpensive, easy to use, isn't to hard on batteries. Over all I think it is worth it. Good build quality, good response, it works.

This was a replacement controller because our other one broke. The other one lasted for a good 6 years so we got our monies worth. This is a must have in our home!

Just bought myself a gaming rig and needed a wireless controller to play steam games. Performs well at the task and has a good range. I really can't complain.

This model of the controller came with an adaptor for the PC, which is all the controller is being used for. It has worked flawlessly so far where my wired controller would sometimes disconnect (while plugged in...). For the kind of gaming I'm doing, I feel no lag. Connecting other wireless 360 controllers is simple and works. I'm very happy I finally went wireless!

The 360 came with one controller so we needed another. This controller is exactly like the one that came with the 360 which means it was exactly another! So Cool.

I love Microsofts controllers they're sturdy and not tiny. It'd be nice if (like playstation) they had built in rechargeable batteries but it's an easy fix

My son plays with it everyday. We don't have to charge it. So as soon as he is ready to play it's all ready to go. It also doesn't have a cord that gets in the way as he plays.

As has been my experience with Microsoft, quality control leaves a lot to be desired, as the first controller i purchased had analog sticksthat were screwy and had trouble registering. Fortunately Best buy replaced with no questions asked and the second has been perfect.

Ok so Best Buy is asking me to do a review on this Xbox controller I bought so here it is. I needed a basic wired controller for a couple of older games I had found and it worked well with them. Very basic easy set up pretty much plug and play worked instantly with the game no re-installation was required I recommend having one around just in case the only thing better would be wireless of course.

12 year old likes it. Has no issues. He loves the camo color. Easy to charge.

Xbox wireless controller was easy to find on Best Buy website, on sale, and easy to pickup. Makes shopping easy. :)

Purchased for the husband to use while playing games on his computer as he has trouble hitting the right keys on the keyboard thanks to his "large fingers".

My son has asked Santa for an Xbox for several years, recieving an extra controller has made him estatic! Now he can invite his dad, or a friend to play.

This was bought to work on a Windows 8 pc to play games. You do have to install the software but it was a simple install. Remote works great. Would buy again.
