OK for limited users

Hard to get started

Expensive, frustrating toy

I needed something mobile for work that I could sync my emails, calendar & documents. I was sold by the commercial comparing the Surface to the iPad & figured that, being a PC user it would be intuitive to get a Windows product. However, I cannot sync with the tools I currently use, I cannot add applications that I use for remote work access (Citrix), and navigation on this device is incredibly frustrating & nothing about it is intuitive. Lesson learned.
