Am very pleased with this item...no issues...works great, and actually because it's a book, it sits better in my lap as I continue to work at home.

She was looking at the Surface Pro. The ability to detach this screen but also have a more durable keyboard was a big selling point. She has enjoyed this and this will likely be my next purchase to replace my current laptop after using surface pro myself before that. Service from Best Buy team was very helpful and friendly.
