You can even undock and reverse the screen in order to use it in tablet mode but still rest on your lap. You will probably want more memory, recommend 16GB it’ll be worth the money.

Overall, the display is solid, rich in color. The touchscreen is handy. Machine feels solid to hold but not heavy. I can carry it in my backpack and feel comfortable. Response time is good when surfing the web or other activities. I got the pencil, rarely use but the Arc mouse is a dream to use! Solid Windows machine, I came from a MacBook and iMac. I would buy again but would look closely at the new MacBook first to compare. One caveat is no HDMI port, only two USB ports.

I program a lot and I felt there is no real use of the touch screen and the stylus for my day to day activities. But great product overall.

The pen interface is impressive-great for note taking as a student. All my notes are more organized than ever and my backpack is so much lighter. I upload worksheets and handouts directly into my notes. Love the versatility of the tablet and keyboard. My only complaint is that I wish the keyboard was Bluetooth.

Second Surface Book

I had to replace the original because of swelling batteries that made it dangerous (possible fire). The new computer still has the amazing display and fantastic keyboard. It boots up extremely fast and can handle anything that I can throw at it. It has a larger power supply and has a great battery life. Cannot ask for a better laptop/tablet.

I've waited and scrounged for an artist-friendly tablet and this consistently came up top notch in the reviews. Zero complaints thus fat but I haven't really put it to the test. But I anticipate it soon. Bottom line- everything I've read about the SB2 is true and I highly recommend this product. BEST BUY was great in providing me with a solid, open-box item which I have the utmost confidence in.

All is connected by magnets. My first one the magnets wouldn't hold well so was replaced by Best Buy . This one works bettert
