I think they could use more variety in the ports rather than just usb and usb c. Also, I have had a problem with these docks slowly dying, where you have to "reboot" them to get them to work properly and be recognized by your Surface.

Simply add external monitors and external keyboard / mouse combo by just plugging in 1 cable into your surface. Perfect for WFH.
