Very simple to set up and very convenient. Allows for 2 monitors and a printer and keyboard. Ideal use is Microsoft wireless mouse.

Works seamlessly with my Surface Book 3. My wireless mouse didn't work when plugged into the dock at first, but i read that sometimes it's just weird. I tried a few days later and it worked. So now i am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase :)

Useful dock that allows me to connect multiple monitors, keyboard/mouse and additional camera. Works well but had to buy new USB C to HDMI cables.

The improvements versus the original surface dock make this a 2021 need for Surface Laptop users! I can make this a pit stop type desk setup which can connect to my laptop in seconds. 2 thunderbolts 3, 2 usb c, 2 usb a, and Ethernet.

My Laptop 3 only has one USB port. With this dock I can connect, charge and expand my L3. The dual USB-C video out connects seamlessly to any HDMI or DisplayPort monitors. I also have two more USB-A and two USB-C with this dock.

Although a bit bulky, this device offers multiple options to connect other devices to the Surface Pro7 and very useful with another monitor to have split screens ans turn the tablet into a desktop computer. Excellent device!

Great upgrade to the surface dock 1. I bought this when I purchased my surface book 3 for the latest and greatest docking station. Easy connect to my surface with great connections for my printer and scanner.

Excellent for "work from home" and anyone that needs more desktop space. Using usb C ports on it, I run this with 2 monitors on my base Surface Laptop 3 and basically turns it into a desktop setup when I come home.

Bought for a surface pro 8, and works perfectly to run full setup including monitors.

Hooked in and works great. Does exactly what we needed for adding extra monitors and it also opened up some extra accessory ports as well.

Very please with this product. It allows for seamless extension of my surface pro's ports allowing for more blue tooth devices to function properly. It really makes my work from home conditions more efficient.

Old docks are wearing out and not yet fully tested - had to invest in new cords - hoping this will improve surface performance. Surface is good finding dock not always up to the task. Jury is still out

this is a must if you have a surface and want to add two other monitors. does a great job of connecting everything and when you need to travel you just need to unplug one cable! love it.

I valued the assistance I received from this particular location. Feeling desperate after the original power cord malfunctioned, I went to several vendors, including another Best Buy location. The story was the same....there was nothing to offer. When I visited this location (Wolfchase), I had to simply say "power cord and surface pro." The salesperson with confidence found and sold me exactly what I needed. It was the perfect replacement, though somewhat pricey.
