Wait for the next version, if there is one
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned about 30 Android devices in the last 10 years. This is by far, the buggies software of them all. I appreciate the bold design. However, as an owner of every iteration of the Surface since the Surface 2, this build quality on this is horrible. The frame is cheap plastic, but Microsoft talks about how wonderful the hinge is. It is, absolutely, but the whole package is lacking. The processor is underpowered, and the device constantly freezes. The camera is awful. It overheats to the point of almost being too hot to hold. It's the worst Surface device I have ever owned. I love my Surface Book 3. This thing is an overpriced prototype, and now I am outside my return window to best buy. Hey best buy, if you're listening, I'd love an opportunity to return this hunk of junk.

Microsoft phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the concept but I need to keep doing hard reset at least once a day has a weak blue tooth it's just not that great of a phone and now I got to take it back for a bad pixel that just went bad without any reason I wish it operated better cause it is a great concept if I had to do it over again knowing what I know I would probably rethink it

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had issues with the phone. Dropped calls every day. Software bugs are a nuisance and make for a frustrating experience. No real help given by Microsoft, ATT or Best Buy. Will not all returns after 14 days. Microsoft allows returns inside 60 days. Best Buy was super inflexible. Now I am stuck with a phone that I can not reliable use. I do not recommend buying this phone right now. I would not buy from Best buy due to their inflexibility on cell phone returns

Far better than the reviews
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think the reviews were done prior to the day one software update. This device feels fully baked and works great. Give it a few hours and you'll find that the gestures all makes sense.

Powerful Little Thing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite low specs for it's price point, I'm quite satisfied with this device. It's good for running multiple things at once (taking online classes works nicely), and I found myself using it full-screen in both orientations quite often. Build quality is awesome too. Would recommend, especially for multitaskers and big media buffs.

Two screens are better than one!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Microsoft has finally put out an Android phone!!! If you are also a fan of Microsoft's Surface hardware, this is the phone for you. Granted it is version 1, and it has some bugs, but they've come a long way with the software updates. Can't wait for version 2 to come out. Keep in mind, this phone is for a specific audience, not your average user.

Fun to use but very buggy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone was very fun to use and it was interesting being able to open two full-size apps side by side. However, this did not increase my productivity as there were many bugs relating to the use of more than one app at a time and shifting apps between screens.
