Very cool product, but like most Microsoft 1st gen products, needs some improvements.

Although it looks cool and feels great the software is horrendous. The bugs seem to hit you at every moment. Hoping Microsoft will step up and fix this.

Highly recommended, user friendly and combines very important features in the same product. For android lovers I believe this is the best phone you can get.

So I went from apple to this. It's only been a few days but I do like it

I think the first step in creating a great phone started with this model.

Had to return due to 45min battery life. Had issue where only one of the two of the internal batteries were registering as capacity. Very disappointing as I really liked the form factor.

I absolutely love it! It is sleek, light and operates beautifully. Only issue is that I am having a hard time finding a good cover. Microsoft does provide a Bumper in the box so that was very helpful!!

I had high hopes for this device but the sluggishness and lack of 2nd camera plus my worries I'd drop and break it caused me to return. I am waiting for Duo 2 to drop; maybe I'll try again. Best Buy return was simple.

Got this phone for my maintenance person, seem to work well.

I love the design of this phone. The layout is great. It is the software. Very buggy. When you try to close certain apps it locks up. When you swipe through screens it sometimes locks up. Would recommend this phone once software is situated

Great device for people who uses multiple apps at one time, or just want the most unique and affective device available. The wider screens are great for better viewing of documents and web sites. Anyone using their phone to research events, etc. Will benefit from this format.

Need to fix phone call bug to make it a five star.

It to complicated meaning. You have to open to see your your. Also the images are, put together like an beginner. Plus you have to fight to get to understand the way the phone and emails work. For example if you are making a call and you fold the phone the other side blanks out and taping twice is to slow. It still need a lot of work. Also downloading anything from your emails, disappear from scene and you have to go and search for it. Sorry in one more year of planning and asking the right question. This product would replace the blackberry

This phone is honestly and completely trash! First off the price tag is ridiculous, it’s not even worth the money. Most of the apps look horrible in portrait mode with that big bar in the middle. I couldn’t even connect it to Verizon, they said to contact Verizon (I did) then Verizon told me to contact Microsoft, Microsoft told me to go back and talk to Verizon. For a $1400 phone, I shouldn’t have to go through all that. Save your money and buy the Galaxy Z Fold 2.

Bought this to use strictly for business and as a phone it can be a bit awkward BUT it is also super for when I'm out and need to quickly access and process some work items.

Well the hardware is amazing. The software is buggy and many features are missing compared to modern devices. Camera is horrible. Speakers are horrible. Wait for gen 2.

A little overwhelm on running the android system after only been used to apple products. I will figure it out and been amaze on some of the features and apps.

Very disappointed. I was excited to purchase the device new until upon activiating it I had numerous of problems from the phone performing slow, black screen, bug issues, poor volume, when clicling on an app a different app pops up, keyboard switches to the wrong side of the screen , delay in rotation , camera rotationdoesn't work right all the time, poor camera quality, and now phone doesn't turn on at all.
