We're sorry that Surface Duo hasn't lived up to expectations. Due to the merger with T-Mobile, customers coming from Sprint will need to swap to a T-Mobile SIM to use Surface Duo. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

I understood the risk of some quirks and buggy software but the phone literally didn't work. The software was a disaster. I'm stunned microsoft would release this product. Can't return it fast enough. 1 star is too good.

You can't transfer iPhone contacts and there are at least 3 glitches that can't be helped or fixed. The camera takes only blury pictures.
