This Product Can't be Charged Via USB Port

I thought I'd be able to take it when camping, and recharge using the camper's USB/Cigarette lighter port. But Microsoft has made NO provision for charging this with anything other than a standard wall outlet. Microsoft's technical help was worse than bad. The support person wasted my time with nonsensical quips. Not being able to charge a tablet with anything other than a wall outlet MAKES NO SENSE! It would be a great little computer, but - except for the 4 or so hours of time on the battery (you didn't really believe their battery life prediction, did you?) it doesn't work for me.

We replaced a Surface Pro 4 whose battery would not charge. It is now a small desktop. Some of the issues with the Surface Go include not booting up properly and loosing internet connections. At this moment, it does recognize our wifi and says no internet connections are available. It seems that after every Windows update, things do not work well. We wish we had bought a different brand. This is not a reliable machine.

Best Buy's customer service and the way they handled this was awful and totally unexpected. I was quite disappointed and still am.
