I’ve been using this computer for 3 years now. And it is really worth to buy. I mostly use as a tablet but really convenient to add keyboard. Really good design. Definitely worth it.

What initially drew me to it was the RAM specification of 8gb in a small laptop/tablet and it's overall portability. It's light but can run the programs I want to run as a student on a windows OS (mostly Office, Anki, videos, Adobe), is fun to use and I feel like I can take this smaller device more places than my larger laptop. If the base model had more storage that'd be better, but it seems to be expandable with a microSD card. The default OS is Windows S but is switchable to Windows 10. I switched out of it as the Windows S configuration doesn't run all programs (free and quick to do).

I love this device so much I named it after my favorite beer! Screen/PPI, pen, speed, battery, face sign-in, appearance, functionality, Windows 10. I can't say enough good things about it. And in case you were wondering, his name is Melvin.

I bought the $700 Windows Go strictly for sitting on the couch and surfing on the web in the evening so I wouldn't have to sit at my Alienware desktop system in another room. I had minimal expectations for the Surface Go, but the performance of this product is so bad, it struggles bring up websites like YouTube and Netflix. Everything lags. I have never owned a tablet or PC in the last 6 years that performed this bad. I have FIOS 100mbs internet, so it wasn't my WIFI. Windows S? Total Garbage. I returned the product after a few hours of aggravation and exchanged it for a Surface Pro 7 instead. It's a shame, because the product is well built and has good sound and display.
